Digital Landscape Report: Presidential Race and Twitter Followers (April 8, 2012)

In this Targeted Victory Digital Landscape Report, Michael Babyak and Bryan Watkins explore the growth in the Twitter followers in the presidential race over the past four weeks. While Barack Obama added the most followers with 990,920, Mitt Romney had the largest percentage of growth with 12.50%

A few key points:

1.  Mitt Romney led all GOP candidates with 46,691 new followers.

2.  The GOP candidates accumulated 123,795 new followers over the past four weeks.

3.  Mitt Romney had a larger percentage of growth than Barack Obama.
