People living in New York City who enter in words or phrases pertaining to the speech, such as “Barnard commencement,” will see an “Obama’s Wasteful Spending” ad on the top of the search results. The Romney campaign also has a special YouTube clip connecting Obama’s policies and high unemployment among college graduates.
