In this Digital Landscape Report, Michael Beach and Ryan Meerstein take a look at senate races and twitter growth over the last four weeks. Once again we see the names of Carly Fiorina, Harry Reid and John Thune at the top of the lists. During this time period, the GOP owned a stunning 79.06% of all growth.
A few key points:
1. Carly Fiorina led all candidates on both sides of the aisle with 8,689 new followers.
2. Harry Reid led all Dem candidates in both followers (1,112) and followers per CD (371).
3. On average, candidates grew their list by 406 new followers and 68 new followers per CD.
4. Carly Fiorina accounted for 27.35% of all growth.
