Political Analyst – Client Services Division
The ideal candidate for the position of Political Analyst for the Client Services Division will have significant experience and an understanding of social networking applications (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.), email marketing, and online fundraising as it relates to political and issue advocacy campaigns. The right individual will be highly detail-orientated, self-organized and capable of multi-tasking at a high level, as well as exhibit exemplary interpersonal, written and oral communications skills.
Political Analysts will be responsible for managing client accounts and working closely with vendors.
Junior Political Analyst – Client Services Division
The ideal candidate for the position of Junior Political Analyst for the Client Services Division will have a demonstrated interest and understanding of social networking applications (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.), email marketing, and online fundraising. The right individual will be highly detail-orientated, self-organized and capable of multi-tasking at a high level, as well as exhibit exemplary interpersonal, written and oral communications skills.
Junior Political Analysts will be responsible for helping manage accounts and work closely with clients and vendors at the direction of Senior Political Analysts.
Junior Political Analyst – Email/SMS Division
The position of Junior Political Analyst for the Email/SMS Division will have a demonstrated interest and understanding of Email and/or SMS systems and strategies, including design, content, fundraising, and subscriber engagement, as well as proficiency in excel, access and HTML and experience with relational databases & customer relationship management. The right candidate will also be highly detail-orientated, self-organized and capable of multi-tasking at a high level. Programming experience is a plus.
Junior Political Analyst – Online Advertising Division
The ideal candidate for the position of Junior Political Analyst for the Online Advertising Division will have a demonstrated interest and understanding of Google Adwords and social networking applications (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.). DoubleClick for Advertisers experience is a plus. The right individual will be highly detail-orientated, self-organized and capable of multi-tasking at a high level, as well as exhibit exemplary interpersonal, written and oral communications skills. Junior Political Analyst responsibilities include, but are not limited to: managing, executing and analyzing online advertising campaigns.
Junior Political Analysts will work closely with the Client Services team and must be prepared for contact with clients and vendors at the direction of Senior Political Analysts.
Junior Political Analyst – Online Fundraising Division
The ideal candidate for the position of Junior Political Analyst for the Online Fundraising Division will have a demonstrated understanding and background in online fundraising efforts and experience utilizing online donation platforms, email marketing, and social networking to raise funds online. The right individual will be highly detail-orientated, self-organized and capable of multi-tasking at a high level, as well as exhibit exemplary interpersonal, written and oral communications skills.
Junior Political Analysts will work closely with the Client Services team and must be prepared for contact with clients and vendors at the direction of Senior Political Analysts.
Junior Political Analyst – Online Analytics Division
The ideal candidate for the position of Junior Political Analyst for the Online Analytics Division will have a background in and knowledge of monitoring and analyzing social networks, email marketing, online advertising, online fundraising, as well as a experience with Omniture, Google Analytics, excel, and DoubleClick. The right individual will be highly detail-orientated, self-organized and capable of multi-tasking at a high level.
Drupal Developer – Technology Division
The ideal candidate for the position of Drupal Developer will have a deep understanding of the SDLC, and open-source development. They should be able to demonstrate knowledge of Views, CCK and Context. Drupal module development, sub-theming and experience with a version control system is preferred. The right individual for this position is a person that wants to work in a very fast paced environment where their work will get seen by a few million people a month.
WordPress Developer – Technology Division
The ideal candidate for the position of WordPress Developer will have a deep understanding of the SDLC, and open-source development. They should be able to demonstrate knowledge of theme development, plugin installation and configuration. Experience with a version control system is preferred. version control system is preferred. The right individual for this position is a person that is looking to learn on the job and grow into more responsibility.
Staff Assistant
The ideal candidate will have some previous administrative experience, proficiency in MS Office products, excellent communication skills and must be highly detail-oriented, self-organized, and capable to multi-tasking at a high level.
