In this Targeted Victory Digital Landscape Report, Michael Beach and Ryan Meerstein look at growth on Twitter among Gubernatorial candidates over the last four weeks. During this time period there was an overall growth of 15,214 new followers which was 1.01%.
A few key points:
1. Meg Whitman led all candidates with 2,291 new followers. John Kitzhaber led all Dem candidates with 1,572.
2. By CD, John Kitzhaber led all candidates with 314. Jan Brewer led GOP candidates with 127.
3. 76.24% of all growth came from GOP candidates.
