In this Digital Landscape Report, Zac Moffatt and Ryan Meerstein take another look at 2010 Senate races and Facebook. While there are a few new faces in this months top 10, one thing that remained the same is continued GOP dominance on this platform.
A few key points:
1. Sharron Angle led all candidates in total likes (26,176) and likes per CD (8,725)
2. Republican candidates accounted for 83.51% of all growth during this time period.
3. Republican candidates held 8 0f the top 10 spots in overall likes and all of the top 10 spots in likes per CD.
4. John McCain and Jim DeMint moved into the top 5 for the first time, finishing 2nd and 3rd respectively.
