Digital Landscape Report: Scott Brown Leads the Way in YouTube Views (July 29, 2012)

Key Points:

1. Scott Brown led with 816,250 YouTube views. Mazie Hirono led all Democratic Senatorial candidates with 21,093 views.

2. “Let America Be America Again” by Scott Brown was the most watched video with 789,424 views. “Opposites Attract – Republican Rep. Don Young endorses Mazie Hirono in Democratic Primary” by Mazie Hirono was the most watched video from Democratic Senatorial candidates with 8,306 views.

3. Joe Donnelly led with 38.10% growth in subscribers. Tom Smith led all Republican Senatorial candidates with 22.22% growth in subscribers.

Digitial Landscape Report: Brown, Akin big winners

In this Targeted Victory Digital Landscape Report, Ryan Meerstein explores the growth in the Facebook likes between the senatorial committees over the past four weeks. While Sherrod Brown added the most new likes with 9,613, Scott Brown had the largest total of likes with 244,400.

A few key points:

1.  Todd Akin grew 161.16% in new likes from last month, the largest increase of any senatorial candidate.

2. GOP candidates were 7 of the top 10 candidates.

3. Sherrod Brown had the most new likes with 9,613. Tom Leppert had the most new likes of any GOP candidate with 4,100.

4. Scott Brown had the largest total number of likes with 244.400. His opponent, Elizabeth Warren, was second with 119.265.
